At last started off my blogging by inspiration from sudhakar and nilesh.

Today at my work i posted a question on forums.oracle.com for which i got a reply for that from nilesh.

while i was looking for more information about him i found blog created by him.

Wow impressed by his blog and eagerness to start a blog like that. A very good site for Apps Business intelligence . You dont believe that i just couldnt get out of the site till i came to know that i have to leave the place.
